This website is operated by Silver Stuff Jewellery. Throughout the site, the terms “I”, “me”, “my” and “Silver Stuff Jewellery” refer to Silver Stuff Jewellery.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the website or making a purchase.

Products

I take great care to describe and photograph my jewellery as accurately as possible.

As many Silver Stuff Jewellery pieces are handmade and may contain natural gemstones, pearls and other natural materials, slight variations in colour, shape, size and appearance may occur. These individual variations are part of the character of handmade and natural materials and are not considered faults.

Product colours may also appear slightly different depending on the screen or device being used.

Prices and Payment

All prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling (£).

Prices may occasionally change, but any change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact details provided at checkout.

I reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where there has been an obvious pricing or product-information error, where payment cannot be authorised, or where I am unable to fulfil the order. If payment has already been taken for an order that I am unable to fulfil, you will receive a full refund.

Handmade and Personalised Jewellery

Many Silver Stuff Jewellery pieces are handmade to order and some can be personalised especially for you.

Please check all names, initials, dates, wording, sizes and other personalisation details carefully before submitting your order. I will make your jewellery using the information supplied at checkout.

Unless faulty, items made to your specifications or clearly personalised may not be covered by the normal right to cancel that applies to many online purchases.

Delivery

Production times, delivery options, estimated delivery times and applicable charges are set out in my Delivery Policy.

Please ensure that the delivery address supplied when placing your order is complete and accurate.

Returns and Refunds

Your rights regarding cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are explained in my Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms of Service affects your statutory rights. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

Jewellery Care and Warranty

Information about caring for your jewellery and my 90-day warranty against manufacturing faults can be found on my Care and Warranty page.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, snagging or pulling, loss, misuse, normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper care.

I make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date. Occasionally, however, information may contain errors or omissions.

I may update or change website content, product information, prices or availability when necessary.
