At Silver Stuff Jewellery, every piece is carefully prepared and beautifully packaged by me before being sent on its way to you.

Many of my pieces are handmade, personalised or made to order. I always aim to prepare and dispatch your jewellery as quickly as possible, but please remember that production time is separate from the delivery times shown below.

Please allow approximately 7–10 working days for delivery.

Production & Dispatch

Many Silver Stuff Jewellery pieces are handmade, personalised or made to order by me.

The estimated production time for your jewellery is shown on the individual product page. Delivery times begin after your order has been made, prepared and dispatched.

If you need your jewellery for a particular date, please contact me before placing your order and I'll be happy to let you know whether I can accommodate your request.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive confirmation by email.

International Delivery

I currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Unfortunately, I do not currently offer delivery to Europe or other international destinations.

Delivery Addresses

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, please contact me as soon as possible. If your order hasn't yet been dispatched, I'll do my best to amend the address for you.

I cannot accept responsibility for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied when the order was placed.

Delayed or Missing Orders

Occasionally, circumstances within the postal or courier network can cause delays which are outside my control.

Please allow a little extra time during particularly busy periods, including Christmas and public holidays.

If your order is significantly delayed or you believe it may have been lost in transit, please contact me and I'll be happy to investigate.

Damaged Orders

Every order is carefully checked and packaged by me before dispatch.

If your jewellery arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible so I can help.

Please keep the jewellery and all of its original packaging, including the outer delivery packaging, as I may ask you to provide photographs to help me resolve the issue.
