Care and Warranty

Cleaning your jewellery

Cleaning Your Jewellery

Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time. This is completely normal and can usually be removed easily with a soft jewellery polishing cloth.

Gently polish your jewellery to restore its shine. Avoid silver dips, abrasive cleaners and harsh chemicals, as these may damage the surface or finish of your jewellery.

Everyday jewellery care

Top Tips for Everyday Jewellery Care

To keep your jewellery looking its best, I recommend removing it before showering, bathing, swimming, exercising or sleeping.

Try to avoid direct contact with perfume, hairspray, body lotion, sun cream, make-up, household cleaning products and other chemicals.

After wearing your jewellery, store it somewhere clean and dry. Keeping individual pieces separately will help prevent scratching and tangling, and necklaces and bracelets are best stored fastened.

Caring for corded jewellery

Caring for Corded Jewellery

I use high-quality nylon or pure silk cord for my corded bracelets and necklaces. Although these materials are durable, cord is still a textile and needs a little extra care.

Please remove corded jewellery before bathing or swimming and avoid prolonged contact with water, creams, perfumes and other products. This will help preserve both the appearance and strength of the cord.

Re-cording and re-stringing jewellery

Re-cording & Re-stringing
