How to order
Please order through the online shop. You can create your own combination although if there is a particular combination that you would like that is not shown please get in touch and I will be happy to create it for you.  If you prefer you can order by phone. Please contact Jo on 07920 482152. I am more than happy to answer any questions or help give advice.

Delivery Charges & Timescales


Lead time
All in stock jewellery and glass are posted out with 2 days of receipt of order/payment  (working days only excluding bank holidays).  Bespoke jewellery is hand stamped and made on receipt of payment. Please allow 2 weeks for the creation and postage of your item. I can normally turn things around quicker though so if you need it sooner, then please let me know and I will try to do my best to get it made in time. Please remember that each piece is hand-stamped and imperfections add to the charm.

All items are beautifully presented in a pouch and or a gorgeous gift box.

Under the UK Hallmarking Act 1973, all articles of precious metals above a certain weight sold on the UK must be tested by the Assay Office and hallmarked.All jewellery will be tested (assayed) and then marked to an
internationally recognised standard of fineness, shown in parts per thousand, such as 925 (Sterling Silver) or 375 (9ct Gold).

The only exceptions are items which are light and fall under the exemption weight.

Silver Stuff  Jewellery  is a secure shopping site and accept all major credit cards through a secure payment processing partner Paypal. A Paypal account is not needed to purchase. Please note that I am unable to send an order out until payment has been received and has cleared.

At no time do I have access to any of your personal account details & I never pass your information onto 3rd parties.

All UK items will be sent standard royal mail recorded delivery at £2.95.

International orders
I welcome International customers. All European and Worldwide parcels will be send via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.  Although this is a trackable service there is no guaranteed delivery date.  Parcels normally arrive with 7-14 days.

Custom Charges and Import Duties
Please note that you are responsible for any Custom charges or Import Duties which are payable when the parcel reaches its destination. Please contact your local Customs Office for current charges, as we have no control over these costs as they vary from Country to Country.

Returns Policy
I want you to be completely satisfied with the products and service you receive from Silver Stuff Jewellery.

If you are ever less that 100% satisfied with items that are not personlised, please return them within 14 days of the date of receipt. Items After this time I am afraid that we are unable to accept returned goods.

When returning an item please ensure that it is in its original condition with original packaging. Silver Stuff Jewellery can only accept an item for exchange or refund if it can be sold in new condition.

Non Delivered Goods
We cannot be held responsible for problems caused by inaccurate delivery information supplied to us we ship to your PAYPAL verified address.

If your order has not been delivered, we reserve the right to ask you to wait 15 working days before we re-dispatch the goods. All items require a signature on receipt . We reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the package was not collected or if a re-delivery was not arranged by you on receipt of a card from the courier or Royal Mail.

Customers are responsible for the payment of any postage incurred for the return of the item, unless there has been an error on our part or the item is faulty.

Please note we are not liable for any packages lost in the post, and therefore suggest you return your item using a track able method such as the Royal Mail recorded delivery.

We must be notified of any returns prior to returning any products.

Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, there are a few things we are unable to offer an Exchange or Refund on. These few exceptions are listed below:  

Once your order is placed you have a 24 hour period in which to cancel if necessary. After this period if personalisation of your jewellery has already begun you will not be able to cancel your order.

Personalised jewellery is non returnable due to the bespoke personalisation. However if you are unhappy for any reason I will do my best to accommodate. I want you to love your jewellery.
If a mistake has been made on my part (incorrect spelling or colour) we will of course correct the error or refund if required.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on any earrings. This is due to health and hygiene implications and is outside of Silver Stuff Jewellery’s control.

Cleaning and care
Polish all Silver Stuff jewellery with a clean jewellery microfibre polishing cloth avoiding any gold filled areas.

Always store your jewellery carefully after wearing.
Do not spray perfume or other solvents on to jewellery.
Do not wear in the shower, in bed or whilst swimming
Do not use silver dips.

Go Green!
At Silver Stuff Jewellery we try to do our bit for the environment. Our packaging is recycled or recyclable.  Any bubble wrap or polystyrene used is reused from packaging sent from suppliers.

On rare occasion’s items will go on back-order. I will let you know as soon as possible if this occurs. I cannot guarantee availability of any design. Semi-precious stone shape and size (but not type) will be used based on our discretion as some stone shapes are not always available.
